It has a pink minky backing which is very soft and gives this quilt a nice heavier weight, perfect for snuggling with on cool nights. It measures approximately 60” x 72”. The binding has been machine stitched giving it extra durability. It is made from 100% premium cotton and thread with 100% cotton batting and was professionally longarm quilted. Because this item is handmade, you may find inconsistencies and imperfections that can only be found in handmade items.
Due to this quilt being made from 100% cotton materials, expect a 3 to 5% shrinkage after laundering. This quilt has not been prewashed. Wash on gently cycle on cold and tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results. For the first wash, it is recommended to use Shout Color Catching sheets to avoid color bleeding. The more this quilt is used and loved the softer it will become.
